It’s been a year since we launched our dedicated Student Support Department, and the results have been nothing short of inspiring! Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen a significant increase in the number of students staying on track with their apprenticeships, and we couldn’t be prouder of their progress.
The key factor in this success has been our regular student check ins and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. We understand that the theoretical side of the Cert 3 in Carpentry can sometimes be just as challenging as the hands-on work. That’s why we provide personalised coaching, making sure each student understands the theory behind the practical outworking and keeps pace with their training plan. These sessions have become an essential part of how we support our apprentices through every step of their training journey.
As we move into our 25th year as an RTO, we’re excited to continue offering and innovating our level of support and care, knowing that the success of our students means a brighter future for everyone.
