CTI provides a hands-on, engaging approach to training that encourages active participation and empowers apprentices to take charge of their learning journey. With purpose-built workshops across Western Sydney, the Hunter Valley Region, Port Macquarie and Gold Coast, we're proud to be one of the longest standing formal training providers in the region.
CTI is a family-owned and operated business, with three generations of the Lynch family actively involved in delivering a learning experience that is innovative, and promotes growth and teamwork.

In 2000, Graeme, a former senior TAFE teacher, envisioned a better way to train workers, one that moved beyond the traditional classroom environment. He recognised the potential for a more user-friendly workplace training system, and with that vision, CTI was born.
Graeme's mission was clear: to provide employers with cost-effective, innovative training delivered by skilled trainers in real-world settings. This fresh approach quickly proved to be a gamechanger.
Now, 25 years later, we've refined this vision into a proven workshop training model complemented by the flexibility of online learning. Our workshop-based training offers a structured, supportive environment where students gain hands-on experience across the full range of skills required for their trade qualification. This approach encourages collaboration, idea-sharing, and open communication – providing a safe space to ask questions without the pressures of the job site. The result? Improved completion rates, boosted confidence, and higher satisfaction for both students and employers.
We have a skilled team who understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with the construction industry and are committed to championing your apprentice from start up through to completion.

Your apprentice has a dedicated Training Coordinator with them every step of the way, checking in regularly, offering guidance, tutoring and keeping track of their progress and training commitments.
CTI is community minded. Supporting local charity organisations and actively working with employers, schools, youth justice, employment agencies and career advisors as an ambassador for the industry to attract and connect potential students and employers.
